What are the time that support answer the Tickets. (with witch time-zone)

Support tickets are based on first comes - first reserved. The current GM's indeed do manage a two CF version, which is time-consuming. And there is no exact time zone, what comes to getting an answer to your ticket.

I think there is a overload at the moment, old tickets get answered and newly made will take some time, can take a longer time than you expect.

It really isn't clear how long they take to respond, sometimes I get a reply within a day, other times I have to wait a week..

This is mostly due to the GM's managing 2 versions and having to handle both CF NA and CF EU support.

ye, but shouldn't they take half of their time to a version, and half to other?

NA is bigger, bigger version = more time needed

Hello Everyone,

Let me answer some of your question regarding CFEU support.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 0:00 CEST.

Even though our team is managing several regions, we have dedicated team members for CFEU.

If you don't get an answer within 48 hours, it might be because it's the weekend or the tickets was updated or the issue requires additional investigation.

Tickets in German could also take a little longer but not longer than 72 hours to answer.
