Restart your computer. I had the insert CD error....its just a glitch . I had just finished watching a movie on my computer and then went to play PB. That is when the cd error showed. Restarted and problem went away.

You should look into seeing if the Ultimate Game card is available where you live.

First off...should be in Technical section...but no worries COuld be your internet connection, your graphics card...and number of things that affect video or the data.
