Throughout my time foruming and even just my general time playing GrandChase I've come to realize that people cry/complain/whine about a LOT in this game... So... Why not have a "QQ Section" added to the forum?
In this area people could tell their stories of random beatings they took in GC, talk about their miserable laggy stories, complain about whatever they please, and basically tell their dumb stories that no one really cares to read anymore. With all of this "On-Topic" will be a discussion about GC instead of a forum of random nonesense as it is now. I don't know about YOU, but I am tired of reading "Ok so I went into pvp today and got owned and now I'm sad and want to go cut myself in the emo corner" - I'm sorry but who are you? who cares?
I know there are some of you that care to read these things and wish to hand out sympathy tissues to all these people which is why this section would be ideal. You can go sit in that section all day long and feel sorry for these people and GCGD can stay talking about random GC related things (discussions, not RANTS, not COMPLAINTS, not STORIES, no CRYING posts!)

A sentence in there makes me think that (despite the probability of this not being serious) a QQ section would function exactly like off-topic. But with more complaints.

Okay, but seriously. You would have to be able to convince enough people to use and visit it. A lot of these people are attention-seeking at times, you know this as well as I do. I have a feeling that people would ask for this so they can get threads out of the sections they like, as you said, but who wants to post in the "I'm sorry but who are you? who cares?" Section? Sure, you could move the threads there, but that would seem offensive, I think.
The point is that you've have a really really hard time convincing them to do this. There's also not enough threads being made to warrant it, you'll likely get a "don't like it - don't post" response. Ignoring that though, I just don't see people using it.
