Obviously that's an option, but I was thinking if someone knows making the game playable and not deleting Avast.

Xtrap is detecting Avast, not the other way around ;)

I'm not sure what the latest Xtrap version is, but try to delete the Xtrap folder in the install directory, and run the game again, and it will download the files again

Didn't work. I've tried reinstalling the game and disabling avast aswell but it didn't work either.
