I noticed that even from the same router, 2 different PCs, can have different ping. Not always though, but there are times that from my PC i play with 120 ping, while a laptop next to me has (in the same game, same router) 92 ping. Any idea why?
(Both computers have LAN)

If you rejoin the room, does your ping change?
There's not really anything you can do though.
I didn't rejoin the room because it was playable for a while, but it's weird.
What's the GM's stance of using a proxy? While keeping it layman's, it's not a VPN, and I don't condone the use of a VPN when playing this game.
To my knowledge from what I've gathered, it does not break anything in the ToS or the EULA.
You should however see a much more stable and smooth ping even if it happens to be increased from what it's normally at for you, leading to a much better overall experience.
You can try WTFast and see if you get better results that way.
Login with IP to ensure it stays the same, not doing that would be against the ToS.
